So you’re running Wamp?
You’re trying to access WordPress from another computer on a lan, perhaps a Virtual PC to test IE6?
Here’s what to do:

Open wordpress locally and login to the admin section
Goto your admin settings
Look for
WordPress address (URL)
Blog address (URL)
Change localhost to your machine’s actual LAN IP address, probably something like 192.168.0.11
Save your settings and voila, you should be able to access wamp from other lan computers
NOTE: you may need to disable your wamp computer’s firewall or open the ports.
